I go back and forth on some points here. The other version is -Squire, -Minuteman, -GMCA, for Reinholdt, Firefly, Ragman and Lanyssa. I don't know which version is best. Have tested both and they work about the same against Wurmwood. The second version hits a lot harder and is a better Mad Dogs answer for example but losing squire hurts a lot for Haley2:s personal survivability since she needs to be closer to stuff on feat turn. Making it worse against people with a good assassination threat.
So anyway. This is one of my lists so there's some throw jank. I still think throw jank is a great way to deal with Wurmwood. He feats and you do not care. The majority of the list is borrowing Jarles Iron Moot list and not liking the min lances with Haley2. Instead replacing them with a value package of Gaston+Freebooter.
So yeah Why would you play that package over min lances you ask? Well let me tell you about the freebooters only important rule. It got Lash. Which means you can use it for KD immunity. Helping you against Kreoss1. It can also be thrown and be okay since it got trash so kills a circle heavy it was thrown at without problem. Trading 9 points for 19 is a good swing. Especially during Wurmwoods feat turn. So yeah I see this package as an Minion lesser warbeast. You get a heavy that hits hard and a solo that can do work for a low cost.
So the threats to have in mind when you play this list:
The threat against Cassius/Shifting Stone is that you run Thorn, 12", TK+reaction drive, 5", him in there and bolt him twice,12". With rerolls to hit and boosting afterwards you got decent odds of killing him early. Which severly limits his deployment options if Haley goes first.
The way you kill Sentrystones is that you anti stealth them either with GMCA or Reinholdt depending on the package you run and then shoot them with stormwall. Remember here that with Temporal Acc a GMCA can flare two stones the same turn Expensive as all hell but sometimes worth it. Another way is for the Minute man to walk up jump and then put 2 boosted shots into the stone.
